My washing machine had been leaking for a while and water had been dripping down to the ceiling underneath it. When I discovered it I searched online and found this company. Nick arrived almost immediately and assessed the damage. Very fair quote and was not trying to sell me on more treatment than needed (which he easily could’ve done in my state of mind, lol). Very much appreciate his patience in answering all of my “what ifs” questions professionally and convincing. Would definitely recommend!
Nick and his team (Dylan and Chris) did an outstanding job! We had some moisture and mold issues and they were able to remove the problem areas, totally clean-up the associated mess, and then treat the air environment with scrubbers and dehumidifiers so that the re-test went great.

I had a leak in the wall. Nick, Cameron and Dylan were awesome. Punctual, professional. Completed removal and cleaned up. Two days into process mold was discovered. Nick came back with the air scrubbers. Nick followed up for the next 6 days to ensure that the moisture was drying. He left the air scrubbers, fans and dehumidifiers in place till the mold tests came back negative. I highly recommend using Discount Water and Mold Removal. I can not say enough positive compliments about this company.
Nick and his entire team are awesome and do a great job. First and foremost they’re good people, yes that still very much matters today. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this field of work. They’re all very professional, polite and keep everything clean & tidy where they’re working. They had to do extensive demo and mold remediation here in the kitchen & master bath and when they were finished the area was unbelievably pristine. It was late at night but I called Nick from Discount Water and Mold Removal and he answered immediately! He arrived the same night with his equipment and started drying it out. I called on Nick to assess possible mold problems in my house. The home inspector and another company made me believe the problem could be bad.
